Senator Jeffries moved to amend the amendment on page one, section fourteen, line four, subdivision (1), subsection (a), after the word “vehicles” by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso:  Provided, That for purposes of this section, parking lot does not include the private parking area at a business located at the primary residence of the property owner.
